Entry may require proof of purchase (email confirmation/QR code).

We reserve the right to refuse entry if terms are not followed.

Event details will be sent along with order confirmation.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

5. Social Media

In booking a Stagey Social Event, you are agreeing to:

Appear in any photos or videos taken during the event.

Those photos and videos being used by Stagey Social on its social media platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our Site for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

Personal property loss at events.

Third-party service failures (e.g. payment processors, couriers).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Stagey Social. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
