1. Who We Are

Stagey Social is a UK-based business providing event tickets.

2. Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Event Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.

Entry may require proof of purchase (email confirmation/QR code).

We reserve the right to refuse entry if terms are not followed.

Event details will be sent along with order confirmation.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

5. Social Media

In booking a Stagey Social Event, you are agreeing to:

Appear in any photos or videos taken during the event.

Those photos and videos being used by Stagey Social on its social media platforms.

6. Right to refuse service

Stagey Social reserves the right to refuse service and/or deny entry to, or remove, any attendee (and their guests) whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to aggression, harassment, intoxication, non-compliance with staff instructions, or any conduct that poses a risk to the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of staff or other attendees.

Stagey Social reserves the right to ban individuals from attending future events where they have previously breached these terms or engaged in inappropriate behaviour.

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances, and any ban may be applied for a period deemed appropriate by Stagey Social

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our Site for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

Personal property loss at events.

Third-party service failures (e.g. payment processors, couriers).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Stagey Social. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
