Attending an Event
Not sure what to expect when attending one of our Stagey Social Events? These questions should hopefully answer everything you’re wondering and more!

Stagey Social is for everyone!
The goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all theatre lovers..

Coming by yourself can be intimidating, we get that, but Stagey Social is designed specifically so you CAN come by yourself!
Every event is an opportunity for you to show up and make new friends who share your love of theatre.
Trust me, you’ll leave feeling like you’ve known people for years by the time the event is over.

Our events are 18+ so we can create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending. It also helps us comply with venue regulations and deliver the best possible experience for our community.

Stagey Social events are typically attended by theatre fans in the 20s and 30s who want to get out there and make more friends who love the theatre just like them!

If the event you want to attend is sold out, sign up for our mailing list to be one of the first to find out about new events.
Also follow us on social media for regular event updates as well as new spaces opening up for you to attend.
Tickets & Booking
From how to book tickets for one of our events to what to do if you have to cancel, this section should make the logistics of attending a stagey social event as clear and stress free as possible!

Just head to the “Events” page of the website, choose the event, and add to cart. You can then check out as usual and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.

Yes! Stagey Social events are small to keep things manageable and enjoyable for attendees. Due to this we recommend booking early and signing up for our mailing list to stay in the loop

We totally understand that plans change, so here’s how cancellations work:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:
You can request a full refund via email and it will be processed accordingly -
Theatre Trips take a little more planning and prep, so we have a slightly different policy to our regular events:
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the retreat:
You’ll receive a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).Cancellations made 8–20 days before the retreat:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your booking total.Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat:
We’re unable to offer refunds at this stage
