  • We totally understand that plans change, so here’s how cancellations work:

    Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:
    You can request a full refund via email and it will be processed accordingly.

  • Theatre Trips take a little more planning and prep, so we have a slightly different policy to our regular events:

    Cancellations made 21 days or more before the retreat:
    You’ll receive a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).

    Cancellations made 8–20 days before the retreat:
    You’ll receive a 50% refund of your booking total.

    Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat:
    We’re unable to offer refunds at this stage

  • Yes! Stagey Social events are small to keep things manageable and enjoyable for attendees. Due to this we recommend booking early and signing up for our mailing list to stay in the loop
